Customers can communicate with security personnel from anywhere in the home – without using the phone.

     One House-Wide Speaker for Easy Installation
In homes up to 2,500 square feet, your customers can talk from anywhere in the house with just one centrally located speaker. You may need to add another speaker/microphone for larger homes.

     Customers Initiate the Contact for Assured Privacy
Eavesdropping simply isn’t possible – your customers must initiate the contact with the monitoring center by sending a signal from the home.

     Lines Remain Open for Constant Communication
After alarm activation, our operators can talk and listen to your customers until emergency help arrives. This reassures customers and allows operators to get valuable information to dispatched fire, police, and medical personnel who are on their way.

     Reduced False Alarms
It’s easy to avoid sending emergency personnel on a false alarm when you can verify the alarm via voice contact. Our operators quickly request a special code to confirm that it was an authorized user who set off any accidental alarms.

     Dedicated Staff
Only Level II Operators, who have had specialized training, respond to two-way signals.


Emergency Response
In an actual emergency, an operator dispatches while an additional operator stays online with the customer.

     Burglary – we challenge the intruder and attempt to scare them away.

     Panic – we listen in, passing important information to the police department. We remain online listening silently until help arrives.

     Fire – two-way enables us to hear the occupants, and possibly their location, allowing us to pass this information to the fire department.
